City Council transparency and funding applications.
Public Funds
Public Funds are CC's which have been donated to the Cybertown Revival City Council and are held in the
MayoralFundbox Account. Access to which is maintained by the City Council.
Use of Funds
A Citizen/Colony/Place can apply for funds at any time. Applications at this time are to be made via the
City Hall Inbox, a link to which is provided below. Please ensure all relevant information is supplied.
It is highly recommended that you liaise with your Colony Leader — the Colony Representative —
or the Place Chief — Places Representative — for guidence.
Criteria
- The Public Funds will provide a minimum of 1k with a maximum of 5k or 30% of the total prize fund, whatever is lower.
- There is a expectation that the remainder of funds will be provided by the Place/Colony/Citizen running the event.
- Exceptions to this rule are any City Council led events, which may be funded completly from these funds.
- There is a "minimum" in reserve, which the Public Funds will not drop below, this is to ensure that further funds are available to fund other events within the City.
- Each application will be presented to the City Council where the release of funds will be voted on.
How to apply
Please supply the following information:
- The Place/Colony running the event.
- What the event is, when its expected to run and when the funds are expected to be awarded.
- The breakdown of funds including the ratio of Provided by Place/Colony:Provided by Public Funds noting the points above.
